If mobile banking wasn’t great enough, we’ve just made it even better with NEW features!
Mobile Check Deposit is here! Simply take a picture of your check to make a deposit into your account, no trip to the credit union needed. To enroll, log in to the mobile app and select “Move Money – Deposit Check” Then simply follow the instructions within the app.
You can now send us a secure message regarding your account through online banking. Select “Contact Us” and type your message. Include your phone number for a call back, or log back into your account to see our secure reply. **This feature is not instant messaging and can take up to 48 hours for a reply – please call us with time-sensitive matters.
Other newer features in our mobile app include:
As a LFCU mobile app user, you are able to setup your account to receive a transaction activity alert on your ATM/Debit and Credit Cards. You set the rules on when or what will trigger an alert. This is another great layer of security for preventing fraud on your account.
E-statements and tax documents are also available on your mobile app. You are able to view your regular statements and your credit card statements for the last 12 months.
Logging into your account will be quicker but still have the same level of security with our Member Authentication Convenience Option. You choose which option you prefer to use to login to your account. You have the options of voice, fingerprint, face, or four-digit PIN. This convenient feature replaces the cumbersome online banking login credentials.
