Wave Riders Account
As a young member of Lakeshore Federal Credit Union, you are automatically enrolled in our Wave Riders Club. As a member of the club, you can look forward to the following fun activities:
- $5 account opening deposit match
- Each time you deposit $5.00 or more into your account, you will receive a Wave Buck. Collect 5 Wave Bucks, then trade them in for a prize from our Treasure Chest.
- Stop in during your Birthday month to receive a special Birthday gift and see your name on the Birthday Board!
- Show us an award from school (scholastic or athletic) or your report card and LFCU will Deposit $5.00* into your account.
- This is limited to one award/deposit per year.
- Participate in contests, drawings, etc. for great prizes throughout the year
*Our Wave Riders Account is available for children up to age 12.
Next Wave Account
As a teen member of Lakeshore Federal Credit Union, you are automatically enrolled in our Next Wave Account program. Our Next Wave members are eligible for the following benefits:
- $5 account opening deposit match
- Show us an award from school (scholastic or athletic), LFCU will deposit $5.00* into your account.
- This is limited to one award/deposit per year.
- Stop in during your Birthday month to receive a $10 gift card or Cinema Theatre movie pass.
- Graduates, show us your recently earned diploma from High School and LFCU will deposit $10.00 in your account. You will also receive a Grad Pack with your next step financial resources and will be gifted a Cinema Theatre movie pass.
- Participate in contests, raffles, etc. for a chance to win great prizes throughout the year.
As a Next Wave member, you’ll want to take advantage of our products and services such as:

- Audio and/or Mobile Banking
- Personal Internet Branch (PIB)
*The Next Wave Account is available for members ages 13 to 17.
The benefits of the Next Wave Account terminates on your eighteenth birthday.
